Delivery fees are calculated at checkout depending on your order total. Delivery charges are for Standard Road delivery. If you would like your order sent Express, please make comments in the Notes section.
We deliver Australia wide.
Our turn around time depends greatly on what you order. We carry an extensive amount of stock, however with such a huge range, we may not have exactly what you are after. We order regularly from our suppliers to ensure we can fulfil orders promptly, but if you are needing something in a really tight time frame, just contact us and we will do everything we can to make it happen. We can order stock overnight, manufacture trophies in house or possibly substitute with something similar that we have in stock. We’re always happy to help so please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Yes. Your tracking number should be on your emailed invoice that you received when your order was completed. If you cannot find your tracking number, please get in touch and we will forward it on to you.
Absolutely! Our showroom is open Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, Saturday 9am-12pm at 2392 Wynnum Road, Wynnum, QLD 4178.
Your order will be delivered by one of our Courier Teams or by Australia Post’s parcel service. We will use the most cost-effective option taking into account weight and the urgency of the delivery- the cost will be added to your order. You can also pick it up from our office, and there is ample free parking at the front door!
Definitely! We love to incorporate a logo into every award we produce. We believe it makes it much more significant and appealing to the recipient. Plus it’s a great way of promoting your business or club! Just choose the option of adding a logo in the ordering process.
You can buy trophies online through our website or visit our Wynnum showroom in person. Browsing online lets you compare our full range before you order, while an in-store visit is handy if you want to see finishes and sizes up close before deciding.
Trophies with sentimental value are worth keeping, but if you have old or unwanted ones taking up space, many are made from materials that can be recycled rather than thrown out. Some op shops and school fetes also accept them for reuse. If you have a larger number to deal with, feel free to get in touch and we can advise on the best option.
Engraving is included in the price of most of our trophies and awards, so there is usually no separate cost to add a name, date, or short message. For larger logos or more detailed artwork, we will confirm any additional cost before your order is finalised.
At a minimum, most trophies include the recipient's name, the event or competition, and the date. For team trophies, consider adding the final score or placing. Keep the wording concise. A short, clear line always looks better on the plate than a crowded one.
If you are Brisbane-based, our Wynnum showroom offers engraving on-site, so you can see the process and collect your order in person. For customers elsewhere in Australia, we handle engraving before dispatch, so no visit is necessary.
